had a great stay at a hotel in montpellier, mercure really went above and beyond! friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and a delicious free breakfast. the location was perfect for exploring the city. special shoutout to the helpful lady at reception who made restaurant recommendations. loved the nespresso coffee machine too!

sound insulation could have been better

The hotel's cultural events made my stay so exciting, and the Esprit Ailleurs spa was such a treat, even if I had to take a car across town for it. The location was convenient too.

The soap disappeared magically in my bathroom, maybe the hotel's way of promoting a more natural lifestyle.

During our recent stay at Mercure, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and efficient check-in process. The staff member took the time to show us places of interest on the map, which was a nice touch. The interior of the hotel was bright and inviting, with plenty of seating areas.

Our room, although in need of updating, had some positive aspects. The air conditioning worked well and quietly, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Montpellier for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a left around the corner and in less than 5 minutes, you're in Place de la Comédie. The breakfast offering was delicious, with a Nespresso coffee machine that was a very welcome touch. The hardworking breakfast staff were friendly and provided great service.

This place is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from a large shopping center. We were able to do some shopping conveniently during our stay. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available. We were even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We loved relaxing on the terrace, which had comfortable garden furniture. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice addition, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant in their manner, and the Duty Manager went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations.
